I visit about every 6 months for a back wax. This time, I was having a chest wax (for Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave). I was greeted with a warm welcome, and advised honestly that there would be 'pain' for my first chest wax. The therapist ('M' for Maya*) tried not to laugh, and also permitted someone to film. 'M' was professional and regular with information about what she was doing, so that I was 'ready'. So in that way, I guess she made it as painless as possible. The result is great. * not sure of the spelling
