My appointment was late which was a bit convenient as it was during work hours, however, I was very impressed with the stylist and other staff. I was particularly pleased with the confidence with which Amy (stylist) gave me advice on how she thought my hair should be cut - this is what I was looking for as I often get frustrated when stylist just ask me how I want it and dont really offer any constructive advice - in my case, im looking for that advice and knowledge from a stylist. Also very pleased with the end product.
