I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone who worked there said hello and most asked if I wanted anything to drink. My hair cut and color were done by Chantelle who was friendly and very professional. She took her time with me and actually listened to what I said I wanted. She gave me exactly what I expected. I am thrilled to have found a new place for my hair as we just relocated to Melbourne. I will return in 8 weeks and have zero complaints.
