We didn't receive what we asked for Staff was overbooked Manager interested in $$ not service Not value for money We don't like our final colour We were not listened to I have gray hair already why would I pay to be gray Not happy

Happy with the color and staff lovely, however A little disappointed I waited for a lady for 30 mins to have her hair blow dryed who was obviously running late, and then had to leave with wet hair myself as I ran out of time before a fixed appointment . Now I need to go home and do it myself later for a planned night out :( otherwise all good

Absolutely loved the experience at this salon. I’ve had trouble in finding a new permanent place to get my hair done but now I’ve found the right one! My hair has never looked so good and the girls are accomodating and amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more
