I had a fantastic colouring session with Simone. She took the time to go through various options with me and in the end I spent 2 hours having my old colour totally stripped and going back to a colour I had 20 years ago. Simone was wonderful and worked back half an hour after closing time. I would like to say how wonderful Simone was and how happy I am with the transformation.

A very pleasant and relaxing experience, from the complimentary oil massage, through the washing of hair while laying back on the massage seat, and the partaking of herbal tea, all makes for an enjoyable and very civilised visit to the hairdresser.

Only problem I had was the blow wave, I know the person was not really that experienced, but it took forever and my scalp got a couple of toastings. Other than that everything else is great

I am a bit confused by the charge of my haircut appointment. I wasn't given a quote by the hairdresser when I walked in, (I assumed as would be same price). I was told I needed a conditioner in my hair, I assumed it would be the same as my last appointment which from memory was no more than $30. Now looking at my bill I can see it is a triple treatment charged at $45. As I had only booked a cut and blowdry ($82) I was a bit surprised by the bill thinking the prices had gone up when I was charged $127.

I cannot recommend Mia more for waxing, so professional and makes you feel very comfortable which is not easy when it comes to waxing. This is my third time returning to her and for Brazilian, lip and eye brows 97$ not bad 40 mins. Holly on front desk is not to be forgotten either! They are a winning combination. I recommend heading out to anyone who is looking for quality, clean service with a smile!
