Luxurious experience & great advice/guidance on what hair style will work best for me. Genuine attention to detail and continuous consultation during the cutting process along with some helpful styling tips. The stylist who cut my hair was professional and highly skilled. An absolute artist! I'm thrilled with my hair cut, it's probably the best I've ever had!

I enjoyed my experience and loved my haircut. I also thought it was great that I received a $20 voucher to redeem for my birthday. I did however come in on my actual birthday but there was no acknowledgement from the staff that it was my bday. I think that you go to a lot of effort to make every client feel special and a little acknowledgement and maybe a glass of bubbly would be a great touch that turns the service experience from great to above and beyond customer expectations!! Thanks!!

The team at Heading Out at the top end of Bourke Street, are exceptional. They are friendly, they remember your past visits and make sure that you are not only welcome, but your views are sought after before they start styling. To me visiting Heading Out is not just a hair styling occasion, but a chance to take a little time out in a busy schedule and relax with a coffee or wine. Love the massage chairs.
