Since coming to Heading Out, I've only just realised how much better haircuts can be and what a difference that makes! It is pricey compared to the average hair salon but the attention to detail makes it really worthwhile eg. my hair grows out so much better and is easier to maintain. The products they use are top quality and any professional advice given to date has worked for me personally. Will definitely continue to keep coming back :)

I have been a customer of Heading Out Bourke St for over a year for both hair and beauty and have never taken the time to complete a survey. Its about time I did to just acknowledge the warm and friendly nature of the team. A hair appointment can come with its share of anxiety but at Heading Out the customer is invited to review a quote. This enables discussion regarding options which is very empowering and enables longer term planning rather than feeling pressured to make an impulse decision. On a practical side, the aromatherapy massage is a wonderful way to relax into what should always be an uplifting experience. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced and consultative. Always a pleasure.

If ever I was going to 'cheat' on my regular, local hairdresser, I would do it with Alyson at heading Out, Bourke Street. She is gorgeous ad she made me look gorgeous as well.
