I was seated straight away on arrival, even though I was almost twenty minutes early. I was given a glass of champagne while I waited, and was able to have a friendly conversation with the staff while I waited. Chelsea was very friendly and professional, she also gave me good advice, and I'm looking forward to seeing her again to discuss a summer style change. Well done to everyone in the team.

From the moment I pick up the phone to make my appointment and speak to gorgeous Holly, I am greeted with a warm, cheerful, helpful and professional service, that continues all the way through until I walk out the door with my new perfect hair expertly crafted by Amy and the rest of the team. On special occasions, I have Maya (sorry if I spelt her name wrong!) do my nails and make-up- leaving me feeling that extra bit more fabulous. People often ask me where I get my hair done as they recognise an excellent cut and style that suits my face and features, and want to know who is responsible for this! Not once have I had a bad experience with Heading Out Bourke Street. The staff are exceptional in their skill, knowledge, service and professionalism. I trust their advice and expertise completely, so when they recommend a product for me, I know it is a genuine recommendation and not just unnecessary product pushing. I whole-heartedly recommend this salon.

I loved the experience of Heading Out on Bourke Street. After having the same long hair for over 10 years, I decided to go for the chop. Amy, the Art Director there gave me an amazing haircut, and I've received so many compliments on it already. Just an all round great experience.

Really liked how the price and list of service is presented after consultation. Good to know how much its gonna cost before it gets done.

My 6:45pm appointment started 30mins late, which I wasn't advised about until I arrived. This meant I didn't leave the salon until after closing time. I was provided with a quote which was $150 more than the online booking quote without it being discussed with me first. The extra items were eventually removed, but I had to remind them upon payment that I didn't have the extra treatments.
