A top level experience with talented colourists and stylists so you're unlikely to leave with a bad job, but you pay for it. Not cheap.

When I booked in for an appointment I was asked if I could take an earlier appointment 15 minutes earlier. When I arrived for my appointment I was shown to a chair which had hair all over it, I waited there for 30 minutes. No one informed me about what was going on..... 'previous appointment time running over'... you shouldn't have to ask. My stylist was pleasant apologised for the wait and overall I am definitely happy with my cut. I know my appointment then ran into the next appointment as the stylist kept being informed that someone was waiting for their colour appointment whilst I was having my hair cut which made me hope that they weren't going to rush through it. I guess it was the experience of having to wait there for over half an hour being ignored that affected the whole experience and score above.

LOVED the cut and color along with the environment and the friendly staff. The only negative would be the location of the restrooms. Be prepared to use the facilities BEFORE your salon services begin to prevent having to take a "hike" while looking disheveled in public.

I love every time I need to come in for a hair cut. The staff & hairdressers are all amaizng. I am blessed to have Lee looking after me. Him passion, creativity & many years in the industry show whilst he works on my hair. Thank you!

$100 for a men's haircut us to much and I will probably look fir a better value alternative.

Superb service with the beautician going above the expected and taking pride in their work which really made the appointment a pleasure. I will definitely be returning.
