Alexis did a great job of making my hard-to-manage very fine/thin wavy hair look good. She also gave me some good advice on looking after my hair and suggested products that would work best for me, to achieve the look that I want. The online booking system is great and I'll be using it to book in again soon!

Elaine was so warm and welcoming. She asked lots of questions, mainly how I would like my hair styled, the types of products I normally use, etc. Her considerate approach was refreshing - will definitely pop back in to have her do my hair again :)

I brought my mum into the salon to have a blow wave, and the staff were so friendly and made her feel really welcome. Lee blow dried her hair and gave her some styling options to update her look (straight and curly). She came out of the appointment feeling like a million bucks. She looked and felt fantastic, and it was lovely to have her embrace a more modern look hat she could replicate at home.

Always head to Heading Out for a blow dry when in Melbourne. despite not being my regular hairdressers (I am not from Melbourne) they nail it first go every time... and it lasts for days. Very happy. Also so easy to book online and super central in Bourke St, always fits in with my other plans.
