As someone who is fairly low maintenance with my hair care, I always had that huge moment of hesitation before booking in a hair cut and colour at a proper salon as I would often walk away disappointed with the money I had spent vs the results; I mean I could have bought a new pair of shoes with that money I would lament afterwards. But now after my regular visits to Heading Out, the hesitation is gone. Chantelle is fantastic with both the cut and colour and as I've mentioned before, a magician with a blow dry and a hair up. The rest of the crew are great too, like Grace and Rachel who are so nice about trying to schedule me in when I have a last minute window to pamper myself. Big thank you to them all for helping me in the key moments when I need to not look like a dag.

I always love getting my hair done at Heading out! My stylist is Chantelle and I feel like she has become more like a friend as we have such a laugh! When it comes to my hair I love her honestly and guidance. I completely trust her judgement and always walk out of the salon happy and feeling a million dollars. All the staff at the salon are all really lovely and accommodating!

The girls were fantastic, friendly and gave great advice on places to go in Melbourne. Given my appointment was late on a Friday when everyone was no doubt tired the staff made me feel great and I was treated like an old friend. I will definitely be flying back to Melbourne to get my haircut again. Was a great way to start a weekend of R and R with my husband. Thank you for the experience and a great haircut.
