I have been a client of Heading Out in Bourke st for some time now. My usual stylist had left, so I was a little concerned at trying a new stylist. There was nothing to worry about! Fran took time to understand my hair and she helped me to plan the next few months of trims/colour etc. I left the salon feeling fabulous!

I really enjoy getting my hair done at Heading Out. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - especially Grace. Fantastic reception. The staff are fun and easy to talk to. My hair always looks a million bucks and I always get great comments on how good my hair looks.

Excellent service, good quality job, only one small picky thing, and that was clumps of hair coming out of the magazine that was left for me to read. I am not sure if that was a gimmick, or a mistake although it put me off reading the magazine. Always made to feel so very welcome and valued, so overall a great experience.

I love attending my Heading Out appointments. It’s the complete experience, fabulous colour, excellent cut, pampered, head and back massage, a glass of wine or herbal tea. Just excellence in service from beginning to end, and I love walking out with beautiful hair every time!
