Have always had great experiences with this salon, however my experience today was less than pleasant. Didn’t receive the cut and style I had asked for and when I voiced my hesitations I was met with frustration, impatience and was then made to feel like I couldn’t ask for what I was paying quite a bit of money for. Left very unhappy and won’t be going back.

You cannot put a price on personal service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was the only person in the salon and enjoyed a fresh, genuine customer experience at every stage. I was warmly greeted and seamlessly guided from station to station. The skills of each team-member left me feeling like I was weightless - they work in such harmony that the experience can be likened to being on a dreamy carpet ride. From taking my coat on arrival, supremely relaxing head massage, heart warming tea, wash and treatment to a precision cut and style to sliding back into my coat as it was held for me - I walked out a new woman - it was just lovely. Change in a hair salon can be an anxious experience at times but the experience and expertise of the team Lee has assembled, and Lee himself always (and I am a customer of many years) ALWAYS leave me happier to have visited than to have not. I have enjoyed an expert colour from Lewis last week that took me from the doldrums (that neglect of one's own maintenance routine will bring!) to feeling 10 years fresher and coupled this today with a sleek, expert cut from Lee that seems to have put every hair exactly in the place it was intended to rest! Grace greets me and sees me out the door with the warmth of a sister and I have discovered I can now parlez Francais with Matthieu for practice! Thanks guys - you are a wonderful team and you know I mean it. x
