I was surprised to find that my usual stylist was no longer working at the salon, but I was placed in very capable hands and I now have a new, regular stylist. The staff are very friendly and most informative with regards to how to care for my new hairstyle.

I struck it lucky and got to have my hair cut by Caterina, who I have had one of the best experiences at a hair salon to date. Caterina is so professional and really takes a lot of care with her work and makes sure you are 100% happy. Since I have had my hair done everybody has commented on how good a cut I have, including associates who also run their own salon. Looking forward to my next visit to Heading Out already!
