The actual hair service was great - my stylist was efficient, friendly, gave good advice and did beautiful work. But it took much longer to be served than I had anticipated and, consequently, I was in the salon for much longer than anticipated - 1.25 hours for a blow wave, when I'd been told it would only be 45 mins.
