Friendliness of all staff was outstanding. Welcome greeting was fun and cheeky!! :) Stylist did an ok job but I needed to tidy the upstyle and re-hairspray before the event just a couple of hours later which I found frustrating - no wind or rain which was lucky! Also, maybe upstyles are business as usual for hairdressers, but for me they are a rare treat indeed. A suggestion: Stylists could offer to take a photo as usually all the cool/pretty stuff is happening at the back... I didn't get a photo of my hair which was disappointing.

Always a friendly and professional service. I don't go very often, so it's a pleasant surprise when the staff treat you as if you were there yesterday. I have a waxing treatment and it's as pain free as you could imagine - probably due to the skill of the staff and also maybe my high tolerance to pain (I'm married!).

The cut and colour I had done were excellent, the only negative part of my experience was that I had a call the day before my original booking (made online) telling me there had been a computer error and I was rescheduled for a day later. This was unfortunate because of my other plans but I would definitely go back because I was pleased with the service at the salon and the end result.

I always like the cut I get and my hairdresser, that is why I come back. I'd prefer to be in and out quicker though, so working on 3 clients at the same time detracts from this happening somewhat. Staff are all really nice and a pleasant atmosphere.

I had decided to not get my hair cut after the colour and felt that the stylist was offended by this.
