happy with my cut and colour (thanks Lee and Amy) but $310 is way too expensive for colour - won't be doing that again.

I didn't like that I felt pressured to buy some of the expensive hair products. I felt that half of the visit was around the hairdresser cutting my hair and the other half was them trying to sell me the products - which started to seriously annoy me after the second time.

I enjoyed my experience and loved my haircut. I also thought it was great that I received a $20 voucher to redeem for my birthday. I did however come in on my actual birthday but there was no acknowledgement from the staff that it was my bday. I think that you go to a lot of effort to make every client feel special and a little acknowledgement and maybe a glass of bubbly would be a great touch that turns the service experience from great to above and beyond customer expectations!! Thanks!!
