Great experience overall. I like my haircut. I did feel my previous hair dresser (David who was a Senior Stylist) took a lot more time with my hair and was more exacting. Maybe he was finicky! I'm not sure, but it felt like he was taking more care with it. The end result was still pretty good so no real complaints. I wasn't offered coffee (where I had been offered it two times previous). I asked for a coffee, No biggie, but if you value consistency, that feedback is there. I'm a bit annoyed at myself that I didn't use my $20 Gift Voucher that was offered to me for my birthday - totally forgot. That was a shame but oh well. Thanks to Julie for a great haircut.
