I have been to heading out twice now. It's a really high quality service and nice environment. I've had amazing haircuts each time. However, a big drawback and one which would make me think twice before reccomending is that on each occasion I experienced massive up selling of treatments, hair products and future services. The staff reccomend tratements but the price is only shown on your quote and it makes it very uncomfortable to say no. It would be really great just to come and enjoy the nice service and awesome staff and relax, without feeling the pressure to buy more and more things. I feel like I can't come without planning for a very expensive experience, or embarrassment at refusing to buy products/treatments. This is the only reason why I won't come back.

overall the experience was really good, towards the end, the hairdresser seemed a bit rushed and impatient, that lowered the stars I was going to give i felt pushed to leave quickly,
