Staff are lovely and fantastic at what they do. There has been a lot of staff turnover and the online booking system never seems to keep up, recommend calling them instead.

I was surprised to find that my usual stylist was no longer working at the salon, but I was placed in very capable hands and I now have a new, regular stylist. The staff are very friendly and most informative with regards to how to care for my new hairstyle.

Always head to Heading Out for a blow dry when in Melbourne. despite not being my regular hairdressers (I am not from Melbourne) they nail it first go every time... and it lasts for days. Very happy. Also so easy to book online and super central in Bourke St, always fits in with my other plans.
