VERY happy with first and foremost - the service. All three people I interacted with were lovely and nice. No forced attempts to sell me anything (just an enquiry on whether I was happy with my current products and what they were), Lee really listened to what I was after and has some of his own suggestions, which resulted in a result that was much better than expected! I love my haircut and will definitely go back.
