From personal welcome at arrival to during the procedure, no attention to detail is forgotten - a very professional outfit with super friendly employees. Alexia is superb, great and passionate about what she does and she also finds the time to share a laugh/story and engage me or be engaged by me. Very professional, always on time,always starts and finishes on time also knowing I'm time poor. Great focus and respect for their work, Lee and their customers.

While I have a friend who regularly attends to my beauty needs, I love visiting 'Heading Out' here and there for a special treat. I am always welcomed and must say that they employ lovely people who give you the very best service. Heading out are definitely ahead when it comes to pleasing the customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to go for a haircut, wax, facial or other. Best wishes from Caz P.S. ... I loved the massage chair at the hair washing station (bliss!!!)
