I had my first appointment with Tyla over the weekend and I definitely left happy! She really took the time to go over hair product and colour charts with me before we started, I really appreciated that! I would absolutely reccomend her to any of my friends! Great service, great stylist, and also really good tea :)

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I can see why they have won multiple awards. All the staff were very friendly, and you get excellent value for money. My stylist, Alexia, was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job on my hair. I've already told so many people about how great this experience was.

What can I say? on a scale of 1 - 10, thousands!! THANK YOU Maiya. The above and beyond service is what cannot be rated and what cannot be priced. I always leave Heading Out Bourke St feeling so much better on levels I didn't even know I had! What a team. xox
