Absolutely ecstatic with my cut. I went from long to very short and should have done it years ago. Only positive things to say about Zoe's skills and 'scissor-side' manner. I look and feel fantastic in my new cut.

Hi This is my second feed back, and none of the things were addressed at all on my return. 1. No head massage and a single shampoo wash before my cut. The head massage was the main reason i decided to come back to Heading Out as well as the wet shave back of the neck after my cut. 2. I dont mind animals, but having 2 dogs barking being allowed to be in my space while im suppose to be having a relaxing hair wash and non existent head massage was a bit off putting. It was the first time ive seen them in there so maybe this was a one off. 3. My hair dress was extremely poor at her job in the way she sissor cut my hair with mostly thinning sissors seemed strange. 4. The hair cut was of very low standard, she asked me how i wanted it and did the complete opposite. 5. I had to go back to the chair just before i paid as she had missed alot of long hair around the ears. 6. There was no offer to razor the back of my neck for a close shave and general clean up of the fluffy hair in that area, i had to ask for it to be done. 7. I had to ask to see the back of my hair and tell the hair dresser what to do, luckily i asked. Because the hair had not been shaped correctly at the back. 8. Generally just a bad experience over all On the positive note, the reception staff or lady sorry i forget her name is lovely and is always very welcoming on arriving and departing. For the price i pay for what i would say is a fairly basic mens hair cut, its really lacking those little extras to make the experience as a guy to feel ok about spending $70-75 to cut my hair. I will come back to heading out one last time just before Xmas. Hopefully i will have a better experience this time, otherwise it will most likely be my last. Cheers
