The emphasis on selling me hair products just made the experience not relaxing and a little awkward as I tried politely to decline the offer. I think you can ask a client if they need advice about hair products and if they say no, then that gives you an indication not to.

Lee is a master at his craft and I always value his opinion, based on experience and expertise. Highly recommend this salon and Lee in particular. Love my new haircut, thank you for encouraging me to be brave and for interpreting all those pictures into just what was right for me.

I had a half head of foils and Lewis did an amazing job. I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair, I just told him I wanted it to look less cr*p. He did a perfect job and gave me exactly what I didn't know I wanted. I now have a beautiful, creamy, ashy blonde hair that uses my natural colour as a base. It's so hard to get blondes to look lovely these days, but Lewis did it brilliantly. It does cost a little to go there, but you get quotes at the start so you can decide just how much you'd like to spend. Save money on the blow dry and just get a dry-off, and skip the treatment and the price is not too different to what you'd spend at a local salon. It's taken me years to find a place that can get my blonde right, so I'll definitely be going back. Thank you.
