I hade to go back after my colour to get fixed as I was not happy with the colour the first time as i had orange patches instead of blond but after going in for the second time to get my hair fixed by chantel she did a wonderful job fixing my hair so if it wasn't for having to go in the second time i would of given Heading Out a wonderful review. After second time everything was perfect because they fixed my hair and paying top dollar I would go back again thanks Heading out (Chantel)

disappointed with highlights - the roots are lighter than the ends - foils were also left on for too long so hair around the face is much lighter at the roots than at the back of the head and it cannot be hidden

Fantastic service and cut/style. Very helpful with tips and hints and time taken to explain and ensure the cut was perfect. The head massage is definitely a bonus and very enjoyable!
