Excellent front desk and stylist experience but 'basin' experience was uncomfortable and awkward and did not match the quality of service elsewhere. Isn't it time for the massage chairs and endlessly looping TV to go? For me, hair washing is not a special event and I would prefer efficiency and professionalism and to get me back in front of my stylist as soon as possible.
