My hairdresser was lovely and her service was great. But I wasn’t happy with the end result. I wanted my hair to come out creamy blonde, but it came out caramel. And I wasn’t told that it could/would turn out like this until after I saw the result. I will be attempting to tone it out myself at home. Again, my hairdresser was lovely, but I just wasn’t happy with the end result. If I knew it would turn out like that beforehand, I probably would have wanted to discuss options.

The place was nice but those dog's growled at my baby and that wasn't nice. Also, it took so long for my hair to be done as the hair dressers kept running off to deal with other ppl. The hair cut's and colours are also way over priced. But I am happy with end results.
