Usually look forward to getting my hair cut here. Have been a loyal customer for years. Today, only water was offered. No coffee, tea or champers. The aromatherapy mini head and shoulder rub was non existent. Just someone lightly touching my hair and flicking hands on me for 8 seconds. Actually thought she was running her hands thru my hair to have a chat for the most part. I really dislike breathing in the hair oil they use since changing from Aveda products. The hair wash didn't penetrate to my scalp apart from being rubbed into the top of my head. The back of the head barely got wet. All thru the hair wash and haircut, I kept getting told about the new Kerastase product to the extent they were propped in front of me during the cut. Next to the water. No magazine offered. I already have so many hair products they can barely be stored in my cupboard at home. I would have preferred more diligence by the hairdresser on getting my haircut even and making sure it falls well. There was no check to see if hair on both sides of the head was even. The haircut was less than 5 mins. The quickest I've ever had. Senior stylists at this salon are amazing. They might be quick but intensely focused on the cut and blow wave. Today's haircut was with a junior stylist. I have had haircuts with a few junior stylists there now. Based on my experiences, unfortunately, you might be better off at a budget hair salon getting charged half the price if opting for a junior stylist.

Issue with toner being left on too long which meant I had to be washed and rinsed again - there was no effort to expedite this and I was left sitting at the basin for almost 20 mins until someone could wash my hair. No apology. Hair still has a purple tinge. Salon visit for half head of foils was 3 hours and 40 mins :( will not be coming back

Was left waiting a fair while before being attended to. Final cost came out at double what was booked for online

We are so sorry that you were kept waiting for your service to be started. As for the cost of the service we give all our clients a quote after the stylist has consulted. We do this, as sometimes the client's desired result is different to what service the client has booked in for. The appointment you made online was for a fast hair up. This is an express service which is only a basic hair up that doesn't involve any prepping of the hair. For the stylist to achieve your desired result he needed a longer period of time which is a full Hair up service. We hope that you were happy with the finished result and that you enjoyed the experience once you were seen to. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
