A hair dresser was allocated to me when I arrived and she spent some time with me deciding what she would do and building rapport with me. She then went off to finish another client she had. 10 after my appointment was due to start another gators was allocated to me and we had to go through what I wanted all over again. It was annoying that the other hairdresser didn't tell me that she was talking another client instead of me and didn't come with the new hairdresser what we had already discussed. Felt like we were just getting herded through the salon like cattle and building rapport with the client was just pretend.

Well i'm suprised that they didnt do manicure properly, no gel n no proper treatment for dry nails. It was healing pedicure treatment but she just did cut my nail n put nail polish on. Have "$120" hair cut with i thought he was a professional, but he just did tream my hair n not even fix my fringe.

I had a photo of intended style and discussed at length with stylist. My usual hairdresser had trimmed my hair in this style 2 weeks earlier. Stylist proceeded to use a large, flat paddle brush on my short hair., styling in a way which ensured flat top and bulging sides. I explained, again, that I need volume at top and suggested the use of a roll brush. Finally complete, but very ordinary job and cost $62. Sorry, won’t be back. Have told others of my experience. Sad, because I chose this salon as it is a local walk in for me.

Hi there, I'm a regular customer of your salons and I visited the Bourke St salon today for a haircut and blow dry. My feedback mainly relates to my experience today and in some ways, this has become the norm for the service you guys provide. To keep it short - - I was provided an invoice of costs before my hairdresser started washing my hair, I got a rude shock to see extras charged without being asked. Extras such as $15 extra for long hair (when I was only receiving a hair and fringe trim) and a treatment. Had I not noticed or asked for the treatment to be removed, I would have been charged for more than 50% of the total cost of my haircut! Furthermore my hairdresser advised that I was charged extra for long hair as it takes longer to cut... - My hair appointment was at 1.30pm, my haircut finished at 2pm.. - I wasn't given a proper blow dry and nor was I asked... instead my hair was half dried and twirled and sprayed with product. - I was seated in a busy walk way, wasn't asked if I wanted coffee or tea to start. - My hairwash was really quick with a short hair massage Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has occurred with extras being slapped on as a way of gaining more revenue or the lack of high quality service you guys provide. I think some very simple things would have made my experiences a lot better - such as being upfront and asking if I want extras or how I would like my hair dried or if I wanted a longer wash. The feeling I got when i walked out of your salon was that I felt ripped off and I now think its time for a change. Regards, Lost customer
