I value the experience of coming to Heading Out Bourke Street. The quality of service, from 'check in' to 'check out' is exceptional. I am fortunate to have Amy cut my hair - she's just the best! I value the relationships that are evident at HO - between staff and clients and also between staff. HO staff are a real team - they support one another professionally and there is always a great sense of friendship between staff which permeates right across the salon and is very evident to all clients. Thanks to Lee for creating such a positive, professional environment at HO Bourke Street.
