It has taken me many years and lots of tears to find a hair salon that I'm happy with, but I'm so pleased to say that Heading Out in Fitzroy met and exceeded my expectations. All of the staff made me feel so welcome, the process felt luxurious and client comfort appeared to be at the forefront of their mind. Tea, coffee, and even champagne was offered as I waited. I'm not a big talker and my hair stylist respected that and was brilliant, she did the consult, quote, colour (belayage), cut, blow wave/style - and it was everything that I asked for. I'm just so glad I finally found a salon I can comfortably return to.
