This is the second time Lucia has worked on my hair. Last time I visited, Lucia cut my hair and the other (tall, dark haired) Italian hairdresser coloured my hair. This time, Lucia coloured and cut, but checked in with the other woman regarding the colour last visit. I have been visiting Heading Out (Fitz) for at least 10 years and these two young women are about the best I have experienced. They are professional and caring. They have made my recent trips to HO feel really special. Hang on to them! I also really liked your (new?) receptionist. I liked that she was just slightly older than your usual. She considered my circumstances (broken ankle) and adjusted the environment so my experience would be more pleasant. Sometimes (esp as I have gotten older), I feel a little out of place at HO, but these women together make me feel like I belonged there and had every right to the same experience as one of your younger, perhaps more vibrant customers. I don't know if you've been making conscious decisions to create a certain vibe over the last 6 months or so, but if you have, it's working for me.
