I loved my experience. Jess was lovely, made everything so comfortable and after a stressful couple of weeks it was the first time I felt relaxed. I’ve recommended heading out to my mum, who has already booked in next week.

So glad I discovered Heading out .I have been to Bourke Rd , Balwyn and most frequently Fitzroy. The environments are pristine and the staff so welcoming , helpful and friendly. Caterina has been cutting my hair over the 4 years and she always asks my opinion on how I manage the cut which is really important. No point in getting something that I can’t almost do myself . And then Caterina , gives me her ideas and then weaves her magic. I come away looking and feeling a million dollars.which is fantastic at age 63 . Although I get my haircut 6 weekly there have been times ( extended interstate holiday and during the Covid lockdown) where I have gone more than 3 -5 months without a cut and my haircut has held its shape which is fabulous. I get regular compliments regarding my hair cut and color and I have referred others to Heading out ,who are equally as pleased.Although my hair is grey the products that have been recommended to me give it a beautiful glow . Always love my experience at Heading out .
