Everyone was so very sweet and accommodating - no complaints whatsoever about the customer service! I just wasn't very happy with the quality of my eyebrow sugaring. I had never done sugaring on my eyebrows, so maybe I'm just more used to the precise nature of threading. It looked fine when I was shown in the mirror, but when I got home I noticed that there were a lot of stray hairs left behind, especially on top and the sides. I do understand that a lot of them were too short to get out (which she told me upfront), but this doesn't happen as much with threading. In the end, I think it's just sugaring that is not for me, but I'd gladly go back to Heading Out for other services. The facials and massages look divine :)
