Beautiful, relaxing experience. I felt extremely confident putting my hair in the hands of the beautiful, caring girls who really looked after me from the moment I walked in. As a walk in, I was so happy they managed to give me an appointment at such short notice. From the numerous glasses of water, to the magnificent head massage in the most amazing, vibrating chair, I was in heaven with the attention I received. If the music was soft and tranquil I would have given my experience a 10. Thank you for taking good care of my hair! Merry Christmas x

I really enjoyed my experience at Heading Out. The hairdressers were friendly and welcoming, and very professional. My appointment was for training purposes so I wasn't expecting miracles, but overall I was happy with my hair. The only feedback I'd like to give is that the colour was warmer/more orangey than I expected and i've never had issues with my hair colour not lifting enough in the past so I'm not sure if the peroxide was a low vol or if it wasn't left in long enough. It's only a minor thing and i would still return in the future, however, I might be more insistent on a cooler tone next time as it's definitely on the warmer side. Overall a good experience

Lovely experience lovely staff If I had to pick anything for feedback to improve it would be to provide the quote with the consultation not once you are seated in the appt with the service to commence and maybe not move you around from chair to chair so much (5). But as I said will be coming back!!
