Very overpriced, maybe you should start including toner in the cost of your colour like every other salon in Melbourne. Being a blonde, there's no way a toner can be avoided so it's an additional cost on top of the colour already. My hair was yellow around the hairline, I ended up having to put toner over the colour just done. Maybe in your cost sheet online, you make mention of the fact that if you are a blonde a toner will most likely be required, so that when it comes time to pay, you are not going to be shocked like I was.

Thank you for taking the time to review our salon and offer your feedback. It is appreciated and will be forwarded to our management. We understand that many blonde clients do require a toner, especially if they are wanting to achieve a cool shade, or if their hair is naturally dark or throws gold when lightened. However, the majority of clients don’t need a toner, if they are just wanting a clean blonde in a neutral or warm shade. The reason for a toner being an extra charge is: the tube of colour that is used, is the same cost price as any other tube of colour (permanent or semi permanent), and; it takes extra time to do the toner colour service. I hope this has helped to clarify the reasoning behind the extra cost for a toner and why we don't state the necessity of a toner on our website.

Normally I would receive a text or phone call asking for confirmation but this time I received an email about 1 hour before my appointment time that only by chance I saw. It was very badly written, very poor spelling and punctuation and reflects poorly on all your staff and the salon's image
