As always the staff are very friendly, polite, professional and accomodating. My cut and foil placement are perfect, especially as my hair is quite difficult. I’m not sure I like colour I’ve ended up with this time. It’s meant to be a gold blond, however it is more of a gold almost orange/ red blonde which is quite different from my previous colour. It’s not obvious enough to be a problem but I wondered if you are using a different brand of toner, or if the person mixing the toner was less experienced. Otherwise it was a very pleasant day at Heading out.
