Friendly greeting, helpful advice from knowledgeable staff,, price quoted prior to treatment. Salon layout was also refreshing and a bit different to the norm. A very pleasant experience and I actually left happy with my hair. Can recommend this place!

The salon itself is lovely and the staff are nice. However, my hair turned out completely different to what I asked for and I hate it. I came in with light balyage that had a slight pink tinge to it left over from a previous pink toner. I asked that the pink colour be lifted and the underneath colour be toned as light as possible. They lifted the colour and when it came to toning told me they wanted to "balance out the colour" a little. Having told them I wanted light hair in the beginning I agreed assuming they knew what I wanted ( they didn't show me a colour chart). The end product is an ugly brown colour which when I questioned was told it might just be the salon light or to wash it a few times. In a different light and after a few washes as soon as I got home its still an ugly brown and completely different to what I asked for. I left the salon in tears at how much I hated my new hair.

Never bothered finsing a Salon to go back to but after my visit the other week I can definately say i wont be going anywhere else from now on. The fun, friendly and professional staff provided such an amazing service. So happy!!!

I loved the salon, I was happy I got the opportunity to come as a model and will be back as a regular client. The salon felt like home and I got treated like royalty. Even as someone paying a discounted price as a model. The standard was above and beyond. The pricing is what I would have paid at a rubbish get you in and out, salon... and I got treated so nicely. The prices and how they format them are really great. You can almost choose your price range depending on who does your hair. I have full trust in everyone’s skills and the choice of hairdressers so I can really choose my price range. Great, warm salon and excited to come in for my bookings.

I had a great experience at Heading Out, I am very happy with the result and Ailyah was lovely and listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. Also, the condition of my hair is surprisingly good, normally after bleaching it, it feels dry and fragile. This time it feels soft and healthy! So thank you again!!
