Mai-Ly was fully focussed and did an exceptional job of listening to my colouring/cut/styling preferences to deliver great hair. I arrived at the salon with brassy, damaged hair from services received elsewhere in the past year, but I knew that I could trust Heading Out to fix things. Catalina consulted with me throughout, kindly nudging me to give my hair the best chance through a decent cut and treatment. I don't regret it. In the past seven years I have always left the salon feeling amazing and cared for. First with Klara, then Zoe, and now Mai-Ly. The entire team is always friendly, attentive and hard-working, from ensuring you're always comfortable and hydrated, to the amazing head massages and excellent hair services and products. You never feel rushed or trivialised. The advice/delivery is expert and underscored by Catalina's award winning career and experience. Overall, a great end-to-end experience that's well worth the spend.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years, and I’ve ALWAYS walked away with exactly what I’ve asked for. I had a job to get to as well, and they were so quick to make sure I wasn’t late. Friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Very happy customer.

I’m really happy with the quality of your stylist’s work - they’re terrific, the salon is lovely and the team are really nice. The prices are very high but the quality makes it worth it. However, every time the appointment runs late. I’m left sitting there for extended periods and and a 2 hour appointment usually stretches closer to 3. This makes me feel less valuable and that my time is less valuable than yours. This makes me not want to come back. I have to mention this because it happens every time and messes up an otherwise good service.

It was my third time getting a hair service done with Lucia and I could not be more happier! The service provided is exceptional and Lucia goes out of her way to make sure I have an incredible time whilst getting my hair done. I will definitely be returning for all future appointments to Lucia at Heading Out!

I had grown my hair out for 6 months and I would have called it a style, cut and blow dry. Received great advice on how the hair would respond to being cut style-wise before the cut and during. At the end of the cut, I was taken through how to style and maintain the cut with tips on product. The stylist didn’t pressure me into purchasing extras.. when that happens I’m more inclined to support business by doing just that so I bought hair product. What impressed me was there was extra attention to getting the style right, it was a proper scissor cut and it wasn’t rushed. Thanks - a really positive experience
