This was the first visit I actually left feeling disappointed with my hair. I didn't have my usual hairdresser which did make a big difference. Mark is an excellent hairdresser and I will only go back if he is available to cut.

Disappointing to see that " Magazines " post covid are no longer a feature of the overall experience..... Passing time whilst staring into a mirror particularly if waiting for an operator to follow up is counter productive to say the least for customer! Bring back up to date Magazines!!

I only come in to get nails done. I would like to try, getting my hair done, as well some time soon, if I would explain the hair situation. There is a certain hairstyle from an actress that love (Shannen Doherty) I absolutely love her hair-style, which I would love to look like I already see another hairdresser, she doesn't do a very good job, so I may need to try another salon, since you have won so many awards, I Would love to give you a try, next time I am in Brunswick St.

Online booking was great, I could've used a bit more advice about the style and products because it was so new but the overall result is a lot better than the disaster I walked in with!

As always colour by Aaron was excellent. Cut however was clearly 'squashed in' and low priority. During the cut the hair dresser met with several other clients and I was finally left, after three hours of colour and half a cut, for excessively extended time while she engaged in a detailed discussion with next client which included wandering around salon to get samples. I appreciate lining clients up but this was insulting. I felt like I was forgotten. Even the trainee observed how long I was left sitting with wet hair and half a cut. They finally interupted the cutter and suggested they come back. WELL DONE TRAINEE! Finally I asked if I could dry my own hair and leave. Cut was heavy handed and not matched with the trim requested. I have not had a bad cut in years as I have the same cut every time, so I think this just reflected how little care and time was applied. Will have colour again. Won't waste time in a cut. For 300 dollars colour and cut I expect better service. Will be back to see Aaron, will never get my hair cut here again.
