I find Fitzroy is not at the same level of quality that the CBD salon was. Less personal service, more rushed, not friendly.

I’m really happy with the quality of your stylist’s work - they’re terrific, the salon is lovely and the team are really nice. The prices are very high but the quality makes it worth it. However, every time the appointment runs late. I’m left sitting there for extended periods and and a 2 hour appointment usually stretches closer to 3. This makes me feel less valuable and that my time is less valuable than yours. This makes me not want to come back. I have to mention this because it happens every time and messes up an otherwise good service.

Loved the skill of the stylist; did not love how rough she and the hair washer were. Love the salon, but will book with someone else next time. Please put it on my file that I don't want a head massage again too. Too time consuming and rarely enjoyable - Camille Scholz

I really like how Mark cuts my hair and that he uses the razor technique - it's less painful then

The service is always very very good but I do find some aspects (eg my treatment) overpriced. $47 is exceptionally expensive for a conditioning treatment in my experience - I usually expect to pay around $20-25. I also find that the stylists are sometimes pushy to purchase new products. While this can be good, it's a fine balance to not make people uncomfortable.
