Fabulous colour thanks to Clara's advice. The interior could use a freshen up. It is expensive which would prevent me for going too often however, they get it right every time.

The service and finished product - ie. my haircut - were fine. There had been a problem accessing your 'Booking' site, which is my usual preference when trying to find a time/day that suits me etc. The booking site didn't work.

Everyone was so very sweet and accommodating - no complaints whatsoever about the customer service! I just wasn't very happy with the quality of my eyebrow sugaring. I had never done sugaring on my eyebrows, so maybe I'm just more used to the precise nature of threading. It looked fine when I was shown in the mirror, but when I got home I noticed that there were a lot of stray hairs left behind, especially on top and the sides. I do understand that a lot of them were too short to get out (which she told me upfront), but this doesn't happen as much with threading. In the end, I think it's just sugaring that is not for me, but I'd gladly go back to Heading Out for other services. The facials and massages look divine :)

I have been coming to Heading Out for many years. I like the service but prices have increased again recently and I now feel that I will look around for an alternative salon that is better value for money.
