This is the second time that I have been overcharged. Last time, with an amount requested at the register $60 higher than the quote, I was told "Oh yeah, sorry we forgot to add something". That time, I paid. This time I asked for an indicative price when I booked the appointment in store, and was told that no one knew the price and I would be phoned. No one phoned. When I arrived I asked for a quote, no quote arrived. At the register I was charged much higher than I would have expected and this time I challenged the price. The hairdresser was asked to confirm the price, and the price dropped by half. I don't know how often accidental overcharging happens to your customers, but if you are wondering why people don't return, this could be why. Both occurrences were with junior staff. Please give them training on all of the price combinations available to your customers. It's so embarrassing to challenge a price in store. I don't want to do it again
