After a less than desirable experience with a blow wave the week prior, the guys made a time for me to visit them for a complimentary service which more than made up for it. Lucia provided wonderful service both during the colour and cut. The (pregnant) woman who washed my hair and did the treatment was not as attentive as your usual personnel. She could do with some re-training with regard to thorough but gentle washing and pleasant massaging. Her approach was a bit rough and certainly not relaxing. Otherwise, I felt safe being there with whatever density limit you were observing.
