Needs to upgrade magazines. Also wish staff wouldn't continually discuss their "social" problems and encounters, even with customers, so loudly everyone can hear.

A great salon and a great team. Some upbeat music in the salon would be great that would match the upbeat customer service. The hair salon was playing music more suitable for the spa area in the salon. Love what the team did with my hair and given I have just relocated from Brisbane great to know I have my hair salon sorted for the years ahead.

I always enjoy getting a hair cut at Heading Out,I am greeted by my first name, I am always offered a coffee (sparkling if it was at night time), but most importantly I always receive consistency in the service, and Dany (Heading Out - Fitzroy) is pivotal in delivering it. Please make sure he never leaves!

The quality of service is with out doubt EXCELLENCE. The after care was not mentioned. I had to go back and ask how to maintain my colour.
