I come to you regularly for my cut and colours so I thought I'd try you for a massage. Unfortunately the massage was very poor, to the point where I made an excuse to end the 1 hour appointment to 30 minutes as I didn't want to waste my time or money. The lady was very very sweet, but I'm afraid her massage technique was more a string stroke than a massage, and very repetitive in the stroking. I did ask her twice to put more pressure, and she did, but it just wasn't up to the standard that I am used to I'm afraid. I also said when we were on our way upstairs that I was there because the muscles in my neck were tense but she didn't really touch that area. It therefore felt very poor value for money, and if I'm honest I would like a refund/the money towards my next hair appointment please. Other comments are that I'm used to an environment where the lights are dimmed and music is playing, so this would make the environment nicer but it wouldn't affect my review of that was the only qualm. I felt awkward enough making my excuses to end the appointment early, and I would've told the lady in the front desk but the masseuse was still there so I didn't feel able to. I don't really want anything to be said to her as I come to you regularly and that would make it awkward when I'm next in, hence why I am informing you now and not at the time. Looking forward to hearing from you.

The receptionist and stylist were polite, pleasant and on time. I was disappointed in the hair cut I received, frumpy with no style, and while the stylist would have fixed it if he'd known how, he thought it looked great. He tried to fix it and made it worse. Now that I've washed it, it looks even sadder, with little flaps sticking out over my ears.

I was charged the same price as my partner for sugaring and I did not have a much done as her. This is very disappointing and I am not sure why.

Over all, it was a disappointment! We had to wait more than 30 minutes, although we did a prebooking. My girlfriend even needed to wait for one hour and my haircut was almost done when they started with hers. There wasn't an excuse for this delay. Furthermore, they calculate more then we were been offered at the first time. Of course, that could happen, but the tripple treatment for almost 50 Dollar was been unexplained. My haircut was very well done and my haircutter (Mark HS) did all very professional, nothing to complain. The hairdresser (Klara PCPS) of my girlfriend was not very communicative and treated her with less respect. If you pay around 240 Dollar for two haircuts (when you did a booking for 177 Dollar), you may normally expect very good advise and friendly service!

The salon itself is lovely and the staff are nice. However, my hair turned out completely different to what I asked for and I hate it. I came in with light balyage that had a slight pink tinge to it left over from a previous pink toner. I asked that the pink colour be lifted and the underneath colour be toned as light as possible. They lifted the colour and when it came to toning told me they wanted to "balance out the colour" a little. Having told them I wanted light hair in the beginning I agreed assuming they knew what I wanted ( they didn't show me a colour chart). The end product is an ugly brown colour which when I questioned was told it might just be the salon light or to wash it a few times. In a different light and after a few washes as soon as I got home its still an ugly brown and completely different to what I asked for. I left the salon in tears at how much I hated my new hair.
