Great professional advice on colour and aftercare, as well as on a haircut that suits my face, my style and which worked with and completely covered up my very damaged and breaking hair (damaged from previous bleaching at another salon). Was great to feel reassured, taken care of, and to walk out feeling like my hair looked a thousand times better than when I walked in. I'll be back! Thanks Klara- you're way of describing what was and wasn't possible haircut-wise given the quality of my hair and also what would and wouldn't suit my face shape was very professional and tactful- you rock!

Would like the music softer and more relaxing. Not particularly interested in the staff talking between themselves about where they've been and where they are going, what they are wearing, etc. etc.

I think the amount of money, for a Shellac maincure, is too expensive

Had appointment yesterday so looked forward to it as the atmosphere at salon is always lovely and each employee is gracious and cant do enough for you. I have fine difficult hair and the cut Clara gave me was my second with her and she is amazing she has made me look like I have thick hair and it just falls into place every day. Aaron did my colour and put highlights in which look lovely.I dont have a lot of time for grooming so I really appreciate the care they give you and the respect they give clients. I was in management for many years and whoever is training the staff has done their work well.

I didn't ask for advice, was not given and did not need it for this visit. So I can't really rate the quality of the advice Overall a great visit.

I love the fact that I never have to wait- something that I have very rarely experienced with other hairdressers. I would highly recommend Heading Out for their professionalism, punctuality and great customer service. I've been going there for at least 10 years.
