As always colour by Aaron was excellent. Cut however was clearly 'squashed in' and low priority. During the cut the hair dresser met with several other clients and I was finally left, after three hours of colour and half a cut, for excessively extended time while she engaged in a detailed discussion with next client which included wandering around salon to get samples. I appreciate lining clients up but this was insulting. I felt like I was forgotten. Even the trainee observed how long I was left sitting with wet hair and half a cut. They finally interupted the cutter and suggested they come back. WELL DONE TRAINEE! Finally I asked if I could dry my own hair and leave. Cut was heavy handed and not matched with the trim requested. I have not had a bad cut in years as I have the same cut every time, so I think this just reflected how little care and time was applied. Will have colour again. Won't waste time in a cut. For 300 dollars colour and cut I expect better service. Will be back to see Aaron, will never get my hair cut here again.

Salon staff are always kind and courteous. They are happy to chat away or let me read quietly: whatever my mood suggests.

First and foremost, I found the hairdressing staff very friendly and helpful. I finally, after trying many other salons, got the color "I actually asked for". The only issue I did have, was on making my appointment it was with one person, who made the appointment, and who told me it would be him that would be doing my hair, and his name was on appointment card. On arriving, I was placed with a new member of staff. ( I understand new staff need to gain clients) but if an appointment is made with a person, that is who you should see..(unless in unforseen circumstances). Another small point is, I have always had a fringe, so often need trimming, so if unable to get to my hairdresser, I just pop in anywhere. I have never paid more then $10, Im usually charged $5 actually, at a local salon. So I thought $20 for a 5 min job, especially when getting color ect, was a bit steep. But as for the beauty salon, where I had a quick wax, I found her unfriendly. No conversation took place, unless I spoke, and felt very uncomfortable. I had actually seen her before. I would not go back to this salon. But I will definately go back to hairdressing salon, because overall, I was listened to, and it was an enjoyable time, as well as cared for very well with professional service and advice.

I was really disappointed with my experience on Saturday. It was a constant sales pitch from all angles of the business. Firstly, I was told I would get a treatment without being given any options on price. A quote was left on the bench next to me but I was not alerted to the price, and noticed it far too late. Secondly, while I was having my hair coloured the coulourist tried to sell me some amazing product and then a beauty therapist came to give me a complimentary hand massage. The whole time she tried to pitch her products to me and asked me three times if I wanted some UV treatment, to which I had responded I did not the first time she asked. Pasquale cut my hair and he was friendly and lovely. But as I walking out I was again stopped by the beauty therapist to see if I wanted to book in for a treatment. I blame management for this hideous experience. If you didn't put such ridiculous sales targets on the poor kids jobs then it would be a much more pleasant experience. I banned you last time for increasing the price of my haircut and not passing it on to the hairdresser. I have banned you again. This time it will stick.
