After a busy week at work what a joy to enjoy a cup of tea and a read whilst Caterina works her magic. Two hours later after a color, cut and manicure I walked out feeling refreshed and a new person. Friendly, professional and highly skilled…what more could one ask for? Just perfect.

It is hard for me to recommend your service because of the cost. I value the quality and the outcomes and I am happy to pay your current fees but I know others would struggle to afford you. You provide a high end professional service.

The service is great but the prices are inconsistent especially when u get the same blow wave ever week Perhaps they should look at streamlining their prices for regular clientele I understand there are different prices for more senior stylists but they do the same job as the not do senior And the blowaves are no different Apart from their ridiculous prices the service is always good and the hair washing is amazing so is the team and since it’s a Sunday well not navy salons open for a last minute event to get hair done so can’t argue with that

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate the feedback. We are glad to hear our juniors are doing an equally great job blow drying! You are more than welcome to book in for blow dries with our juniors for your regular visits to keep the price consistent. The best way to do this is to book in advance so you are able to secure an appointment with the stylist of your choice, at your preferred price point. Unfortunately with last minute appointments, we can't always accommodate appointments to be with your regular stylist as weekends are our busiest time, with most appointments filling up in advance. Despite the differences in prices (due to different stylists' experience and skill level) we are thrilled to hear you are happy with the results, as well as our team, and will continue to be here for you on Sunday's for your hair & beauty needs! There was a staff shortage today which meant that my hairdresser had to man the phones as well as attend to my hair. Considering the situation, Vanessa remained professional, friendly and respectful at all times. I wish to commend her for her outstanding customer service - and for a most pleasing haircut.
